According to the Force, many suspects now exploit tinted car windows to conceal their identities, transport weapons, and evade security checks. The police warned that such practices have contributed to a rise in armed robberies, kidnappings, and other violent crimes.
The statement emphasized that the ban on unauthorized use of tinted vehicle glasses remains in full force, and officers have been directed to intensify nationwide enforcement.
Motorists are therefore advised to obtain proper permits from relevant authorities and cooperate with security personnel during inspections to avoid unnecessary confrontations.
