🔥 BBNaija Season 10 Update – Day 35 (August 30, 2025): Rooboy Takes Over as Head of House, ‘Face Your Fear’ Tasks Shake the House, Wager Lost, and Tensions Rise

The Big Brother Naija Season 10 – “10/10” reality show continues to deliver high drama, entertainment, and unexpected twists as the competition enters Day 35 (August 30, 2025). With ₦150 million still on the line, the housemates are battling through intense tasks, emotional clashes, and shifting alliances that are keeping viewers glued to their screens.

This week’s theme, “Face Your Fear”, took center stage as the housemates pushed their creativity and courage to the limit. In what many fans described as one of the most captivating presentations of the season, groups showcased chilling performances inspired by horror and suspense, including a dramatic Michael Jackson Thriller-style dance routine that electrified the house. Despite the effort, Big Brother ruled that the housemates had failed their wager, leaving them disappointed and with limited resources for the week ahead.

In another major development, Rooboy emerged victorious in the Head of House challenge, dethroning Jason Jae and securing immunity as well as the all-important power to influence house activities. His win has already begun to reshape the dynamics in the house, with contestants scrambling to align themselves strategically under his leadership.

Meanwhile, emotional tensions are rising. Mide, feeling overshadowed by comparisons to fellow housemate Dede, spoke openly about her frustrations, insisting that her identity and contributions are unique. She also suggested that Kola’s attention toward Dede might not be as genuine as it seems, hinting that his feelings may be fueled by a lack of other options inside the house.

The drama follows closely after the shocking twist earlier in the week when Rooboy’s “Nullify Nominations” card saved all 22 remaining housemates from possible eviction. However, Big Brother did not let the reprieve go without consequences, issuing stern warnings for repeated microphone infringements to Bright Morgan, Doris, Isabella, Kola, Mensan, Sultana, Thelma Lawson, and even Rooboy himself. Sultana’s troubles were compounded when she faced additional punishment for briefly disappearing during Biggie’s address.

On the eviction front, the competition has already claimed several contestants, with Otega and Kayikunmi leaving on August 17, following earlier exits by Danboskid, Ibifubara, and Sabrina, who withdrew for medical reasons. Their departure has left the remaining housemates more determined than ever to fight for survival.

As the show progresses, the house continues to buzz with alliances, rivalries, and personal revelations. With Rooboy’s new reign as Head of House, the fallout from the lost wager, and the pressure of living under constant surveillance, fans are eagerly anticipating what twists will unfold in the coming days.

The journey to the ₦150 million grand prize is heating up, and Day 35 proves once again why BBNaija remains Africa’s most-watched reality show.
